Borusan Boru Sanayi A.Ş. was established in 1958 with the first industrial investment, and Borusan Holding was established in 1972 and all companies were gathered under the umbrella of the Holding. Borusan office, which has been located in Karaköy Salipazarı since 1964, was moved to Rumelihisarı - Perili Köşk in 2007.

EnBW

EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG is one of the largest energy supply companies in Germany.

The company, which is headquartered in Karlsruhe, is the holding company responsible for the strategic orientation, management and control of the direct subsidiaries of the EnBW group, in which the group's operating business is bundled.

In its core business of electricity, EnBW covers all stages of the value chain from energy generation, transmission, distribution and trading to energy sales. History:

EnBW and its predecessor companies have been created and grown over decades through mergers of regional energy suppliers. EnBW emerged in 1997 from the merger of the two Baden-Württemberg interconnected companies Energie-Versorgung Schwaben AG and Badenwerk AG. EnBW's roots are in Baden-Württemberg. Here EnBW occupies a leading position in the market. Since the end of 2010, EnBW has again been majority-owned and equally owned by the state and the districts united in the OEW (Zweckverbund Oberschwäbische Elektrizitätswerke).
