MANAGEMENT PLAN

As Borusan EnBW Enerji, we complete the land acquisition process with an open, continuous and meaningful consultation method with all our stakeholders in compliance with legal requirements during the land acquisition process.

During the planning phase of our projects, we develop practices to minimize the impact on land acquisition.

As Borusan EnBW Energy;

- We ensure that the distance to the nearest settlement is evaluated in terms of environmental effects, and the protection band is protected.
- We plan in a way that does not divide privately owned fields according to alternatives.
- While designing the road and platform of the power plant, we pay attention to the parcel boundaries and, if possible, using the existing cadastral roads, we comply with the field boundaries even if the road lengths are longer.
- We prefer forest roads if possible in forest lands.
- We ensure that applications such as tower cranes are developed jointly with investor companies in order to reduce the platform areas.


Our Company's Environmental and Social Impact Assessment studies, the "Corporate Land Management Plan" prepared within the scope of the Environmental and Social Integrated Management System, the control and reporting mechanisms, and the social and economic impacts on local communities arising from land acquisition are managed.
