MANAGEMENT PLAN

We manage the impacts of land acquisition associated with the projects we carry out the investment process in accordance with national and legal requirements.

By providing transparent, understandable, continuous, consistent and fair communication and consultation with all our stakeholders, in line with the values ​​and wishes of the local people affected by our activities; We have adopted the principle of establishing good neighborly relations on the basis of respect, benevolence, goodwill and mutual trust, and treating all our stakeholders equally.

Borusan EnBW Energy in this process;

• Avoiding economic displacement as much as possible and minimizing it,
• To identify the land acquisition impact of the Project and to identify the possible impacts of the Project related to economic migration,
• To determine the legal framework applicable to the acquisition of immovable assets,
• Managing the stakeholder relations offered by the Project for land acquisition,
• To determine the compliance framework,
• To show the valuation framework,
• Define grievance procedures,
• To present the detailed implementation program of the Project,
• Assigned to design the monitoring and evaluation framework for incomes/livelihoods restructuring.

In this direction, we manage the social and economic impacts on local communities with the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment studies of our company, the “Livelihood Restructuring Management Plan” prepared within the scope of the Environmental and Social Integrated Management System, audit and reporting mechanisms.
